The Religious Emphasis Committee has been the core committee of Bombay YMCA since its inception. It organizes prayer meetings to promote the spiritual growth of its members, as well as YMCA’s Annual Week of Prayer and Fellowship programmes. The name of the department was changed a few years ago to the Spiritual and Moral Emphasis Department.
